Baby Nicholas Hirsch arrived on Friday, December 16th at 8:37am weighing 7lbs 14oz and 20in long. Congratulations Ben and Laurie on the birth of your son!

The next day, Saturday the 17th, I went along with my friend Cathy to the flower market and to the hospital to visit Laurie and see the little guy. Both Mom and baby were doing great! Little Nick has blue eyes and dark hair. He is so cute!!! After scrubbing my hands, I got to hold the little guy. He felt so small compared to Rhyon.

Laurie was telling me before she had the baby that she never had hospital pictures with either of her girls. So I wanted to make sure I got some for her. I was mean and unswaddled poor Nick, laid him on the bed and took pictures of him.

Laurie and Nick came home the following day. He has been growing rapidly since. I look forward to watching him grow. Everyone loves a baby!!!!
